The list of Top Richest People In The World changes everyday because of a lot of factors which cost constant fluctuation of financial situations at the stock market. since life is constantly changing.

Relying on the data gathered from Forbes List of World's Real Time Billionaires, we hereby present to you the Top 10 Richest People In The World.

The list of Top Richest People In The World changes everyday because financial situation at the stock market is constantly fluctuating.

This brings to the fore the Ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus' statement of fact that the only thing that doesn't change in this world is change, because change is constant.

Elon Musk didn't only succeed in retaining his claim as the richest, he rose higher and gained nearly $20B within a month, while his main competitor from 2023, Bernard Arnault lost a lot and fell drastically from May 31, 2024, to the third rank.

Amazon's founder, Jeff Bezos, gained and rose to the second richest rank of World's richest people.

#1. Elon Musk
     This 53years old tech giant, who is the CEO of Tesla and Founder of SpaceX, is the world richest man today.
  His net worth as of Tuesday, July 2, is $228.9B. This came as he gained $6.7B in a single day(on Tuesday July 2) at the stock market, making his net worth to rise  from the $221.4B it was yesterday (Monday July 1).
  He was until 2023 the richest man, before he lost the claim to Bernard Arnault. He however reclaimed his rank as world's richest on May 31, 2024, and has since them maintained the lead till date.
   Musk is a co-founder of six companies; including electric car maker Tesla, and rocket producer SpaceX.

#2 Jeff Bezos
     This 60years old man is the Chairman and Founder of e-commerce giant Amazon, which he founded about 30years ago(1994).
   He is the second richest person in the world as of Monday July 2, with a net worth of $213.9B, which soared from the $210.2B he was on Monday July 1, after he gained $3.7B at the stock on Tuesday July 2.
   He has been rising and falling on this rank for a while a now this year . At a time he locked horns with Elon Musk to claim the second richest person. And lately with Bernard Arnualt, when the latter slumped to the third rank.

#3 Bernard Arnault
   This 75years old man is the Chairman and CEO of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton.
   He is the third richest person in the world as of Tuesday July 2, with the net worth of $192.9B.  
   He has been the richest person until the tide turned on May 31, 2024, when he fell to the second rank of world richest, and again on June 08, with the net worth $209.5B, after losing $79m at the stock market.
Since then he has been struggling to reclaim the lost rank. But instead of recovering he has been losing drastically, such that he lost $2.9B on June 8, $5.1B on June 10, $7.6B on June 11 and so on, until his net worth dropped to $192.9B as of July 2, thereby reducing him to the third rank of world's richest.

#4 Mark Zuckerberg
   This 40years old man and Co-founder of Meta Platforms (formerly Facebook) is the fourth richest person, and youngest among the top 10 Billionaires in the world.
    His net worth as of Tuesday is $177.0B. And he has been retaining this 4th richest rank since he rose to the position speedily last year.
  

#5 Larry Ellison
He is the Chairman/Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of software giant, Oracle.
This 79years old man ranks 5th. on the list of Top 10 Billionaires In The World, with $176.0B as of Tuesday July 2, after gaining $461m at the stock market today, in addition to the $2.6B he gained in the morning of this Tuesday.

#6 Larry Page
  This 51years old man who co-invented  Google in 1998, was its CEO until 2001. With a net worth of $151.3B as of Tuesday July 2, is the 6th. richest person on Earth today.
His fortune has increased geometrically beyond his previous $144.9B net worth of Monday June 10.
He co-founded Alphabet, the new parent company of Google, and was its CEO from 2011 before he stepped down in 2015 and remains a Board Member till date.

 
#7 Sergey Brin
    This 50years old man is the second co-founder of Google, and like Larry Page, is also a Board Member of Alphabet, the new mother company of Google.
    With his net worth which rose from $138.8B it was on Monday 10 June, 2024, to $145.1B  as of Tuesday July 2, is the 7th richest person in the world today.
   

   #8 Bill Gates
   Founder of software firm, Microsoft, who later diversified into dozens of holdings, is the Co-chair of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He is today 8th richest person  in the world with a net worth of $133.7B as of Tuesday July 02.
   Gates who has been the richest person many years before, gradually slumped to the current status, especially after his 27years marriage with his wife, Melinda Gates was dissolved, thereby leading to parting away large some of his fortunes.

His previous $131B net worth as of Monday June 10, which placed him in the 9th position among the world's richest, received a boost as it grew more within the month to the current $133.7B, which led to his upliftment to the 8th, even as the one holding the rank plumed.

#9 Steve Ballmer
     This 68years old man and former CEO of Microsoft, who joined the company as an employee in 1980, but grew up to lead the company from 2000 to 2014, is the 9th richest person in the world today.
  His net worth which was $126.2B as of Friday, June 16, making him the 10th richest person, rose to $132.7B as of Tuesday July 2, thereby making him the 9th richest person in the world today.
  He retired from Microsoft in 2014 and bought the NBA's Los Angeles Clippers.

#10 Warren Buffet
    
     This 93years old investment guru and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. is the 10th richest person today, with the net worth of $128.0B as of Tuesday July 2.
     He slumped gradually from the 8th rank he was holding as of June 8 with $135.9B net worth, to the 10th in the world after losing millions repeatedly at the stock market.
  He however lost $995Million of his wealth at the stock market in a day, making him to arrive at the current net worth.
