Renowned drama evangelist and gospel movie maker, Evangelist Kolade Segun Okeowo who ventured into agriculture some years ago is opening a new branch office of his Ilusanmi Oil Palm Farms next Monday, June 2, in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Successful People Homes & Property gathered authoritatively that the drama evangelist is enlarging the coast of his agriculture project from Simawa, near The Redemption City, in Sagamu Local Government Area of Ogun State to Oyo State through his Ilusanmi Oil Palm Farms Thrift-To-Farm (TTL) scheme.

According to Evang Segun-Okeowo, in a press release he made available to Successful People Magazine on Thursday, The Ilusanmi Oil Palm Farms Thrift-To-Farm (TTL) scheme is a project for those who are tired of renting land for farming and dreaming of buying their own piece of farmland or alternatively want to be part of this Land Banking Project by joining the Ilusanmi Thrift and Multipurpose Cooperative Society.

"The ILUSANMI THRIFT-TO-LAND (TTL) Scheme offers you a straightforward path to land ownership through collective effort and thrift.

"At the end of the ten-month cycle, all members who by now have all become land owners will receive permanent receipts, and most importantly, land documents, solidifying their ownership stake".

HOW IT WORKS?

Group Formation:
Ten individuals come together to form a THRIFT group.

Payment plan:
Each member contributes 10% of the total land cost. (₦20,000 for Self-Management, ₦40,000 for Proxy Management)

Monthly Contributions:
Over the next ten months, members continue to contribute following a thrift pattern, with their monthly payments directly contributing to the purchase of a plot of land in the name of ONE  beneficiary per month: (Beneficiaries will be selected by ballot).

Provisional Receipt: The land is bought in the name of a beneficiary within the group, who then receives an invoice and provisional receipt acknowledging his/her stake in the land.

Protection from Price Hikes:
Regardless of market fluctuations, your investment is secured from any price hikes and upward reviews during the cycle.

End of Cycle:
At the end of the ten-month cycle, all members who by now have all become land owners will receive permanent receipts, and most importantly, land documents, solidifying their ownership stake".He stated in the release.

He then urges members of the public who know the value of landed property not to miss this opportunity to join the Farm Land Thrift Scheme and secure a piece of the land.

Evang. Segun-Okeowo has explained all these live on radio SPLASH FM 106.7FM Abeokuta on March 7, 2024 and on Yinka Ayefele's programme "OPEYEMI" on FRESH 105.9 FM, IBADAN, on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
