It was an outcome of a decision he took in January that year to write a code for students directory, “face book”, featuring photo and basic information.
That decision and others he made thereafter turned him to a young billionaire and a global figure within 10years.
Today, Zuckerberg is among the richest and most influential people in the world, just because of all those decisions he took. In fact he is wealthy enough to employ and pay the salaries of all the professors in that Harvard and their President.
Life is all about decision making. Every minute (even in seconds) everybody is making decision. We can not live without it. In fact, failure to make decision is even a decision.
All the business, political, social, religious, scientific and other activities going on across the universe are being carried out through decision making.
In fact, this world and everything in it are products of decisions made or being made by God, men and other beings. There is nothing you are seeing now or experiencing that is not a product of decision.
Decision can be simple ones like: sleep or wake up, eat or drink, buy this cloth or don’t buy it. And it can be as big and complex as : inventing a product or stealing somebody’s idea, raping a girl or wooing her, having a bilateral relation or federal executive council meeting, going to war or signing a peace treaty. It may even be traveling to outer space or carrying out oceanic expedition.
Above all, every decision we make, will either make or mar us. Why? Each decision has consequence(s) because of the Law of Cause and Effect, Law of Decision, and Law of Consequence, Law of Addition, Law of Accumulation, Law of Attraction and so many other laws governing the operation of this world.
That is the reason we have to be careful in whatever we say or do. This informed the reason Tony Robbins said, “It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.”
Yes !!! Our decisions shape our destiny. It starts by causing us to take certain actions. Repetition of such actions and other related actions form our habits. Our habits later on shape our character and form our destiny
