Do you have a great dream you want to see come true?. Do you have a great goal you want to accomplish in life? Then, get this fact clear and let it enter your subconscious mind.
In his book, The 21 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork, Dr John C Maxwell writes, "One is too small a number to achieve greatness"
Of course, it's true. No one can achieve greatness in life by working alone. It doesn't matter how brilliant you are, if you are a lone ranger your achievements will be limited, because you won't go far. A legacy that will outlive you can't be done by you alone.
Williams Shakespeare wrote a lot of books that outlived him; but it took the involvement of printers to get the books published, and other people to get them sold to the public. And it also took the involvement of so many other people to keep publishing the books and distributing them across the world, over 400 hundreds years after his death.

It took a team for the Wright Brothers to build the first airplane. It took a team work for Mark Zuckerberg to build Facebook into a global company.
You may start that your little business in that your small room or shop as an entrepreneur, but by developing a team spirit, you can build it and let it grow into a business empire like that of Soshiro Honda's Motor Company, Chief Razaq Okoya's Eleganza Group of companies, e.t.c.
You must network, and teamwork for your dream to work. You must build a team and constantly network for your dream not to land in a Fantasy Island.
