The meeting of the MHS Old Students Association, MAHSOSA, is expected to be attended by various sets, starting from the pioneering Set of 1980/85 to the latest who just graduated this year.
The Acting Chairperson of the association, Mrs. Adepero Aina Oyelami, who was the first Senior Prefect (Girl) and the general secretary, Mr Kayode Shomorin are eager to receive everyone at the meeting.
Very germane in the agenda for the extraordinary meeting are reviewing of the activities of the association for the year 2019, getting progress reports and continue with the plans for the 40th Anniversary.
The meeting will be a great reunion for those who have not seen one another for a couple of years, and decades, who will or have travelled down to Sagamu for the Yuletide and new year.
MHS was established in September 1980 along with other secondary schools founded by the Ogun state government during the era of late Governor Olabisi Onabanjo, to meet the educational needs of the people and human resources development of the Western part of the country.
The first principal of the school, late Rev. J.O. Ogunbomehin who administered it between 1980 and ’85, had laid a strong foundation of discipline and industry for the institution.
Today, as it was from inception, MHS is a distinguished school in Sagamu and Ogun State education sector.
